We are so confident of the quality of the products we sell that we offer a full no obligation returns policy, by way that if a item/s are not to your satisfaction you can return (buyers cost) the product within 28 days (unopened) for a full refund (less carriage). Returns of opened or soiled items are subject restocking fee of up to 90%, which will be appropriated against any refund given. This will be decided once the condition of the returned good/s have been assessed. If goods are judge to of be of no worthwhile sale value a refund will be declined. In the very unlikely event there was a fault with the item, we would obviously exchange the item immediately- and of course arrange and cover the cost of collection and re-delivery.
